The Society for the Protection of the Rights of the Child (SPARC) invites sealed quotations from reputable suppliers/vendors for the procurement of the following Personal Protective Equipment (PPEs):

Terms and Conditions

1. Quotation Format:
   Quotations must be submitted on official company letterhead, including complete contact details (address, phone number, email).
2. Taxation:
   All applicable taxes must be clearly mentioned in the quotation. If the supplier is tax-exempt, a valid exemption certificate must be attached.
3. Pricing:
   Prices should be legible, clearly stated, and free from alterations or overwriting.
4. Company Credentials:
   Quotations must include valid copies of NTN, GST registration, and CNIC of the authorized representative.
5. Payment Terms:
   Payment shall be made through a crossed cheque in favor of the vendor/company upon submission of the original invoice, after deduction of all applicable taxes.
6. Submission Deadline:
   Bids must be submitted no later than 09 July 2025. Quotations received after the deadline will not be considered.
